As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be required to:
Support the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
Undertake direct work with young people as appropriate. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
Offer supervision and support to carers in line with quality standards & regulations, and as directed by the Registered Manager.
Assist the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose and uphold the organisations mission statement and values.
Experience & Qualifications
- Level 3 in Residential Child Care. (Required)
- Minimum of 1 years’ relevant supervisory experience. (Required)
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a residential setting with young people with challenging behaviour. (Required)
- Hold a valid Driving licence. (Required)
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years of age. (Required)
- Level 4 in Residential Child Care. (Desired)
- DBS on Update System. (Desired)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00 – £30,000
